I work on redesigning the user experience of my company's website. I do a lot of work with the wider digital team to make sure digital marketing requirements are met
I've learned how to use figma, Adobe XD, CRM software such as Exponea/Bloomreach, and analysis/report writing
Uni work is a lot, but mostly manageable during class. The issue is getting the company I work with to give me the time to work on it, as there seems to be an expectation of working outside of work hours in spite of the 40hr work week.
Very poorly organised, we don't get our timetable until the same month we start for the year which makes it very difficult to maintain a work schedule.
Currently, my manager is very understanding. My old manager was rotten, though, as I got no time for uni work
Uni provides a lot of resources and my tutor is quick to respond.
I feel that my qualification helps me significantly with my role

Company is terrible, there's no trust, unpaid overtime is expected, and poor management leads to a lot of unnecessary pressure on lower paid employees
