The apprenticeship varies across the 4 years, but the aim is to experience many different job roles across the period to find where you would like to graduate into. My daily tasks are mostly around meetings with partners/customers, working on updating our databasis ensuring our contacts are up to date.
Yes, I have developed skills especially around cold calling, time management, relationship management, diary hygeine. I have also developed skills around collaborating with others as I am used to being a solo worker, so its great the skills that I have learnt.
I really enjoy the programme, it allows me to collaborate with new people internally and externally. We get alot of exposure and oppurtunity from senior managers.
The structure is very organised, expectations are set and the journey is clearly explained.

There is so much support offered aorund supporting us with our qualifactions, we can speak to whoever within Cisco around this.
This helps me to understand a more business insight into the work place, i feel that this has helped me to understand our customers business and tailor my approach based on what i have learnt in uni.
Yes we undertake quartley social activities, we have access to a gym on site and attend events and meetings when applicable.
