On a day to day basis I am auditing employer paperwork, enrolment paperwork as well as completing audits based on the learners we have on programme currently.
I have developed my communications skills whilst being a member of the MBKB Team as well as my ability to work independently. I have also seen an improvement with my confidence thanks to the ongoing support from my team and line manager.
I am really enjoying my programme. The support I have received from my tutor is excellent as she has really helped to push me out of my comfort zone while also taking my boundaries into consideration. I have a lot of freedom in regard to how I can present my work which as a creative person I find really freeing.
Very well. Both my tutor and Line manager often have conversations with me in regards to which modules I will be studying and how this will link to the work that I am completing in my day to day role.
The support I have received from my team has made it really easy for me to settle into my role. I don't feel that I am ever stuck on my own as I know all the team are only a text away.
My training provider is doing everything possible to make sure I am comfortable with my programme and because of this I am finding it really easy and am constantly motivated to complete my work on time, attend sessions and progress with my course.
All of my modules so far have linked really well to my daily job role. For example my programme has been tailored to meet my needs in regards to decision making and problem solving. I have recently picked up a new daily task and thanks to my knowledge of decision making models, I have been able to use the 5W's model to assist me in learning this new task.
We have a Thrive Calendar which is open to everyone in the business and includes activities such as, desk yoga, an exercise class, cooking with one of the EPA team and much more. I have also recently notice a book club which seems very interesting and again is open to everyone, company wide.
Yes
Being a transferred learner, I had doubts about my programme when first joining MBKB however they have made me feel so welcomed and supported my unconditionally. As mentioned previously, my team are so lovely and welcoming. I know that I can ask questions comfortably without having to worry whether it is a stupid question .
Easier said than done, but really try to relax! Everyone in the company is there to support you and the onboarding process is phenomenal. You will receive all the training you could ever need with highly qualified trainers and staff.
