I am a deputy manager of a residential service, I’m my role I complete the rotas, audit monies and medication, correspond with other healthcare professionals and family members, update support guidance, order medication and more
As I have only been in the deputy manager role for just over a year, doing this apprenticeship is helping to learn in my role and providing me with skills I need for the role.
