Very much, I love how flexible it is.

I received support at any time I need, my assessor is expectional.
I have gained so much knowledge that I currently use as a team leader but now I understand why I do the things I do.

The support I get whilst doing my level 4 in Health and Social care is amazing, having a provider that doesn't put me under pressure is so valuable to me. I manage to work and continue to develop in my role with their amazing support. Highly recommended.
