Working with the customer to ensure supply to our customers is secure. Building customer relationships and managing service.
Learnt lots of skills: people skills, networking, excel, presentation, building relationships, information delivery
Really enjoy the programme, especially my work
Could be better structured from the education delivery university, from PepsiCo it has been good

Good support, has gotten better over the duration of the course but more support is required and clarity
