I inspect and measure roads, so I can create a design for road maintenance repair, I complete documentation and bills of quantities
Yes I have learnt a lot new skills involving communication, teamwork, CAD skills and health and safety awareness
To a high extents, however at times I don't have much to do or I am not learning new things
Not that structured, more formal however I am enjoying the way I study at university and the revision material
My manager is great a providing support and always helps me.
I receive lots support from my tutor and learning advisor about my progress and any issues I may have.
Depending on the subject, Anything involving highways and maintenance, it helps a lot however not so much construction
