supporting individuals with personal care ,eating , taking them for appointments,shopping ,accompanying them to day centres and activities outside the service,doing activities with them in the serviceWhich include schedules activities ,activities of their choice, and keeping them safe .
Have learned how to support individuals in a person centred way ,Ensuring that the care the individual receive is centred to them and they or family or their advocates voice this needs ,Howto support individuals in their well being .
Its opened alot on how to work in a safe way and meet the needs of individuals ,Each model has alot and its tailored to my everday work and i get the help i need .
Organised in a way am able to meet deadline with assignments and work schedules.
Am supported by manager everytime i seek there support.
I receive support from my tutor .
The skills agained allow me to support individuals in the agreed ways of working .
