    • supporting individuals with personal care ,eating , taking them for appointments,shopping ,accompanying them to day centres and activities outside the service,doing activities with them in the serviceWhich include schedules activities ,activities of their choice, and keeping them safe .

    • Have learned how to support individuals in a person centred way ,Ensuring that the care the individual receive is centred to them and they or family or their advocates voice this needs ,Howto support individuals in their well being .

    • Its opened alot on how to work in a safe way and meet the needs of individuals ,Each model has alot and its tailored to my everday work and i get the help i need .
