My main job role is to answer calls to external customers, when they have technical issues, broadband order issues or billing issues
I have learnt new skills and developed existing as well
I feel like I have learnt a lot that I can use within EE or within another job role
It started off well structured by my original trainer left part way through. A lot of work we were set by her, was done wrong and we had a big gap between her and our new trainer so we should've finished this programme a while ago
They gave me time off when I needed it
A lot of support, my latest trainer was great
In my current role as CSR, it helps very little. If I was given a secondment/team leader role, it would be incredibly beneficial
