I have learnt and increased my overall knowledge of being a people professional. I have increased my overall confidence and feel more confident within my role and that I can develop to a new role.

I feel that the training and support has been excellent and the extra skills you get from an apprenticeship are very useful to use as part of everyday in your career.
Consider apprenticeships the learning on the job is invaluable and linking your learning to what is going on within work is so helpful. I have previously completed training separate to work and did not feel that the learning was as relevant or linked in to work.
