I help my team complete tasks that contribute to the wider job, weather it is managing a property or valuing something, over time I will have learnt the skills to do these independently.
My written communication skills have developed and I have learn lots of new things about the property market and the quarrying industry.
I enjoy completing my work as I feel a sense of achievement after successfully completing a task when it contributes to a positive outcome.
It is well structed as I have one study day per week where my team are aware I will not be completing normal work and will be focusing on my studies.
People are always on hand to help me understand a certain topic weather its someone from my team or even another team.
Completing the real estate management degree will enhance my skills in normal work because it will give me the knowledge and theory I need to successfully manage property.
There are many events on offer, weather this is a networking event in the evening, a volunteering day with colleagues, or charity sports events. There are always things to join in with.
