I work closely with a range of clients, with my main role being to help clients with general estate management. This involves lots of on site visits, therefore no two days are the same when dealing with new enquiries.
I have enhanced my skillset considerably, whilst learning how to manage my work load efficiently. This has been thanks to great mentors and colleagues guiding me and trusting me.
The programme has provided me with countless opportunities from networking events to lunch and learns. I have enjoyed every part of my programme to a great extent.
The programme is structed very well, whilst also remaining flexible. I keep my work and university studies as separate as possible to help keep a focused divide, allowing me to switch off and really get stuck in with what I'm working on (university work or work), whilst receiving any support needed.
My employer has endless opportunities that offer assistance to apprentices. With it's own dedicated team and workshops, to just asking colleagues for a hand, Savills has always got my back.
Training provider offers superb support and access to an extensive website which offers great support. They also are readily available through email with each student having a reliable contact.
The knowledge I have gained is very transferrable and has transpired into my work as knowledge learned has allowed for a better understanding of why I am doing/undertaking certain aspects of work.
Yes, I have played in the Savills football team and there are many other sports teams which come together to play. These are well supported by Savills and are a huge positive impact on the workplace.
