On a day to day basis my job role requires for me to sign up clients and ensure that stock is marketed correctly on online portals. This includes issuing paperwork, coordinating appointments and communicating with clients.
I have been able to further develop my time management. I've done this by finding techniques on how to plan my time better.
I do enjoy the programme it allows me to learn new skills and meet new people.
It is well organized. We had monthly check ups and towards the end the Lifetime trainer ensured that we had extra help if needed. This was done by extra zoom calls with her.
We had quaterly check ups with a person from the apprenticesip team and HR to check if we need extra support.
The trainer ensured we had extra support when needed. She scheduled one on one zoom meetings to go through tasks if they weren't understood.
It has helped me understand the business further.
