Consultancy services for residential developments internationally. Day-to-day tasks include global market research, data collection, data analysis, report writing and providing development recomendations.
Excel and data analytics have significantly improved. Report writing and consultancy skills have also improved.

I think there is certainly room for significant improvement, however, overall it is an excellent company to work for with a variety of teams to gain experience in.
Do not expect to be able to stay at the company after qualifying - there is no certainty of a job so network and meet as many different teams as possible to try and improve your chances of being able to find a permanent role
