Currently, I am in my first year at Babcock. This involves daily college attendance, with two days being at city college and then 3 days at oceans gate.
At this present moment, I do not feel that I have learnt adequate skills for the apprenticeship. I feel that in the long run of the apprenticeship this may affect me.
In my experience of the apprenticeship it hasn’t been bad. but there isn’t really much for me to be able to go off due to what I am doing during this first year.
At the moment for the higher apprenticeship i feel the organisation has been very poor, this is to do with many aspects that have come up during my time here. A main one is that the communication with me as student, the college and babcock this first year hasn’t been great.
Currently, there’s been no cause for me to seek support from my employer.
There has been some support received, but for the first few months it was very poor and I feel that I have just been pushed to the side
I am doing a level 4 b-tech in engineering. this will be very useful for the career i’m currently pursuing within Babcock.
At this moment in time there is nothing.
Yes
Give you a good qualifications.
I don’t really have much advice to give.
