My role involves daily engagement with clients and occupiers in order to provide the best property management possible for investor's assets.
I cam into this role with no experience in the real estate industry and now have a wealth of knowledge in property management and other aspects such as lease negotiations and client direction.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme both when at work and when completing my university modules. I enjoy the way the course is laid out and feel it provides a good balance in the role.
The programme is very well structured and provides a good balance between working and education. There is also plenty of assistance available in the workplace to help with any issues.
I receive a lot of support form my employer with regards to both my personal workload and my education.
The training provider structure the modules very well and give us ample time to complete any coursework. It is also very easy to get in touch with your module leader should you require assistance.
While there are areas of the qualification that I feel help with my role in particular, I feel that much of it is not as relevant to me specifically. The course is very informative however and the information is important to learn overall.
There are multiple extra-curricular activities within the workplace which includes social events, exercise groups, charity work and sports events.
