My role is an apprentice paralegal, day to day I will contact clients for the new enquiry information on their claim. I will also review medical reports and documents.

I have become a lot more confident in speaking to new clients as well as applying the law to day to day tasks.

It is very organized and I will always be provided with a clear explanation on what I need to be doing.

I receive lots of support and contact from my employer

I receive lots of support and I know I can always contact her for further support.

I feel that my qualification is helping me apply the law to day to day tasks and gives me a better understanding of why certain procedures need to be done

Yes, I have attended walks and different charity activities. We also have team socials.

I feel that they have really supported me within my apprentice. I have had a very good start to the company.
