My role is an apprentice paralegal, day to day I will contact clients for the new enquiry information on their claim. I will also review medical reports and documents.
I have become a lot more confident in speaking to new clients as well as applying the law to day to day tasks.
It is very organized and I will always be provided with a clear explanation on what I need to be doing.
