Data modelling and analysis. Creating and maintaining PowerBI reports.
I have learned a wealth of new skills including data principles, SQL and PowerBI.
I really enjoy the programme, I think it has provided me with everything I wanted and more. In addition to that, my colleagues both on and off the programme are really supportive in the work I do.
The programme is well structured and each session follows on nicely from the previous. I did however find that the PowerBI module was scheduled a bit late. For an apprenticeship hinged on PowerBI, you don't use it until 5/6 months in. Later than I needed it in work.
DHL provide everything you need to complete apprenticeship tasks. If I felt I was falling behind or needed more time to focus on the apprenticeship, DHL were more than happy to allocate more time. The company has a wealth of experience in it's staff and there is always someone to call on if I need assistance.
QA assign you with a learning mentor who will reply to you within 24 hours. If I have any questions or want some feedback, I can send my mentor a message in the portal and receive a timely response.
Everything I have learned on my course has been directly applicable in my working role.
There is always an event or activity that you can attend at DHL. We receive regular communications of planned events with plenty of opportunity to network.
