As part of my apprenticeship I rotate through different disciplines, in the end I will be picking my specialisation
I have learnt about the different UX disciplines which I had no previous knowledge on
I enjoy my programme when I have work to do, it is interesting to work with UX specialists who are experienced in their field
My programme at uni is well structured, at work it has some structure, however it has been poorly organised in the past
I receive lots of support from my manager during the different rotations
I receive lots of support from my skills coach
The things at university I learn correspond very well to things I have learnt at work
There are networking events I can attend e.g. women in tech
