Working on design tickets - usually discovery work, ideation and final design
I’ve learnt many technical skills around user centred design. As well as soft skills relating to communicating with stakeholders
I very much enjoy the fact that I’m gaining work experience as a designer as well as working towards a degree. I should have a very strong portfolio by the end of the programme.
Very well, it’s very clear what my goals and aims are every year as my line manager and skills coach make it very clear to me
I receive all the support I need, someone is always willing to help.
My training provider always offers support and regularly asks about my wellbeing
There are many design related events, social activities etc.
