My role at Barclays is to help optimise the digital experience for customers, whether that's through the app or online by improving existing products/journeys or helping to design new ones.

The salary is fairly competitive for what we do and there is room to develop and grow within the role
Make sure to choose examples that are not generic and show a passion for the job you're applying for - in this case UX is heavily based around designing for users needs so I would definitely think of examples showing empathy and understanding of users both personally and professionally
