My role involves conducting competitor research, user research and designing app or web pages
I have developed product design skills and technical skills in using Figma. I have developed skills in conducting user research and analysing and reporting back findings. I have also developed presentation skills.
I am enjoying the programme and have gained a lot practical experience.
I find my programme to be very organised
I receive a high amount of support from my employer through training and mentorship
I receive excellent support from my training provider working towards my qualification. The courses are well taught and tutors go the extra mile to answer any questions regarding assignments

BT is a fantastic place to develop professionally as an apprentice. There is an immense amount of support and thought that goes into our apprenticeship and we are surrounded by experienced colleagues that are available to mentor and support us.
I would say understand the company and its values and think about how you can be a part of the company's vision.
