My day to day Role involves managing stakeholder engagement, risk management, spend report management and minute and meeting note taking; I also help to compile research and documents to help create vital sources of information relevant to the project I am working on. If I have capacity I also take on any extra tasks such as helping other colleagues in my department with research pieces or helping them to track data.
I have been able to further develop my multi-tasking and leadership skills. I have developed my IT literacy and have learnt how to use new software as well as developed my knowledge and understanding in old ones.
I enjoy learning new terms and industry relevant information as well as interacting with new colleagues and clients.
I have designated Study Days to attend lectures and to do any any assignments and relevant reading, this allows me to have a set time for University work.
I have been given support a decent amount of support from my employer.
I have been given a skills coach who I can go to for any questions I may have about the course and to get any help. I have check in with them every 10 weeks and this is to ensure that I am on track in my apprenticeship to receive my end qualification and to help to fill in any gaps and to provide support.
I feel as though it helps to provide me with the necessary platform to gain the information and knowledge needed for me to perform better in my role.
I am part of the social media committee and help produce content for our social media platforms. I also regularly attend Lunch and Learns where different speakers share key insights into industry relevant changes, knowledge and initiatives.

I believe that it can help get you to where you want to be.
I would suggest that you do your research into what it is that you want to do and when applying, research the department and role that you would be working in to get a better understanding of what it is they do and what it is you would be doing.
