Property management in London retail. Managing shopping centres being the point of contact between the tenants and the Landlords (client)

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt to communicate with different parties face to face as well as on emails. I have also learnt to measure units to calculate their square footage which is required in SC budgets and rents.

I enjoy the programme. It is practical and also allows for learning theoretically. the practicality of the role helps me to understand my day to day role

the programme is well structured

I receive a lot of support - i have monthly/quarterly catch ups to manage my work load

I get a lot of support - we have quarterly catch ups and also they are available for additional support is requested

It helps me understand my day to day role from a practical and theoretical perspective
