my role includes supporting new agents to the business, i run a small team where i manage their welfare, stats and support to get them to be fully competent. some of my daily tasks include, return to works, coaching, 121s , buzz sessions, team briefs etc.
I have picked up a lot of skills along the way. most recently i have learnt about coaching styles, organisation skills, time management and so many more skills within my apprenticeship.
im enjoying my programme, i feel that it benefits me in so many ways and is supporting me to progress and become better day by day
very well organised however most of it is down to me to organise time to enable me to complete work/have meetings with my coach. the remit platforms are great though they have everything i need and i know where to find my work for the month
I receive a lot of support. enabling me time to complete work and supporting me to experience scenarios that will develop my knowledge
i have support from my coach who i meet with once monthly. the support is good.
The qualification supports me by giving me the relevant knowledge and skills to become confident
