I offer consultancy based services to various different property and construction based client's across all sectors. This ranges from assessing and advising on the different elements of commercial property leases, to identifying the defects within a building and how to rectify them, to overseeing building projects.
Yes. Throughout my apprenticeship I have learnt various general employability skills, along with many skills specific to my role. The more general skills include, time-management skills, presentation skills, public speaking skills, punctuality skills, and people management skills.
I strongly enjoy the programme, and while it can be challenging, it is always vey rewarding.
The programme is very well organised and structured. There are a team of people within Savills, and within UCEM (University) that regularly liaise and check your progress, providing support where necessary.
Savills provides as much support as an apprentice would need, and provides various frameworks where an apprentice can flag if they need any additional support
The university also provide a great amount of support, ensuring each of the students are progressing regularly. They provide the framework for the entire course which allows you to benchmark your progress.
My qualification is directly related to my role, therefore, it has had a direct impact on helping me to perform better within my job role.
