My role is largely project management focused, with projects such as internal office refurbishments, common area refurbishments within commercial properties, elevation repairs, car park resurfacing. I have experience in contract admin and professional services also. Daily, the work I carry out is varied and is either on site or office based.
I have learnt how to manage people and expectations, how to coordinate project teams and how to present information clearly and concisely to clients. I have improved my communication skills alongside my knowledge on the construction industry as a whole.
I really enjoy the programme, particularly the variety of opportunities available.
The programme is well structured during the university course, where teaching is provided during semesters. There is lots of support from my workplace on the graduate scheme in particular
