My role involves working on site and in an office, where I handle documentation, set out and survey
I have learnt lots of new skills, BAM offer a great range of different training courses and ways to progress your CPD.
I greatly enjoy the programme, it is rather long but that 5 years of experience you gain whilst leaving with a degree is awesome.
Overall the apprenticeship scheme is very organised and structured, there is a whole team dedicated to you as an apprentice.
Tremendous amounts of support, wether it be from the college or site environment.
Lots of support.
Some of the theory is applicable to the work I do on site, however I feel that you learn so much from site as well.
There are quite a few networking opportunities.
Yes
It is a great company to work for, offering good salaries, and great benefits. It also focuses on its employees lots.
Show that you have an interest in the field that you are joining, also try your hardest to bounce off your interviewer, and not treat the interview like a test. They are looking to employ people that they can work with too!
