My apprenticeship involves me moving round different teams every 10 weeks in my office and learn the skills of each team, my current team is payments which involves using different banks and sending money to clients and suppliers aswell as BACS runs
I have learnt alot of skills such as improved knowledge of using computer softwares and banks, I have also gained better team work, communication skills.
I really enjoy my program as I think it is very beneficial moving round different teams and being able to see the step by step process of accounting in savills
My programme is very well structured I get every Tuesday off for college and my team movements is planned out and scheduled
I receive alot of support from my line manager and different members of my teams who help train me the different job roles
I receive a good amount of support, we have monthly catch ups and fortnightly lessons, they also schedule calls and meetings If I am struggling with anything
It gives me more of a technical side to my job role as I have a better understanding of everything I do and how it can influence accounts
Yes there is a football team and a rugby team

It is a very well structured and friendly business, everyone is really helpful and there is lots of support for anything someone needs
In interviews to be extremely confident and show a strong interest in the job role you are applying for aswell as to do some background research to see what the role can offer in the future
