The management of properties / assets on behalf of clients. Such assets range from retail parks, shopping centres, offices, single let commercial units. Collection of lease liabilities, setting and billing of service charge budget, providing lease event advice & promoting sustainable real estate practices.
Developed my problem solving skills (taking on information & using said information to apply to the situation and provide recommendations based on this), time management (prioritising tasks that are of higher importance and spending more time on these), communication (speaking to new people every single day).
I really enjoy my programme, it strikes the right balance between challenging and accomplishable. You can quantify your improvement which is important.
