I am a rotating graduate meaning every 4 months I join a new team to gain experience across the business.
I have developed my excel skills at Savills through the tasks I do. I am learning a lot about the industry through the scheme
I enjoy the variety that is on offer through the programme. It is team dependent in relation to your workload and responsibilities so this is very varied.
The programme is clearlry structured and the Grad HR team make the process very clear. However one issue is that it can be hard to get to rotate into the team you want to especially as a first year grad.
Good amount. You have an APC team mentor, supervisor and counsellor. You can aslo talk to other grads and Grad HR with any queries which is very helpful. Id say this is one of the strong points of the programme
Recieve a lot of support, I'm given a study day every week to complete my work.
I don't think it has any impact on my performance. I learn so much more from the job role and actually feel taking time out one day a week to study detracts from my work progress some weeks. I am also on the residential pathway and the qualification is focused purely on commercial so is even less transferable.
Sports teams, Networking events, socials I think there should be specific grad events at chirstmas etc organised by the company.
Yes
Yes because its a supportive environment where you get great exposure across a range of the business functions. No because they pay less than competitors offering the same scheme
Make sure your honest in the application process. You want to make sure Savills is right fit for you as much as they want to make sure your the right fit for the company.
