Little bit of everything, leading the team during shifts and acting as duty manager some days whilst others working in the kitchen due to staff shortages

It is very profit based. It’s a chain - like most chains they just want to see how much life they can drain before you go else where. If it wasn’t for the team, ide be gone
Use it as a stepping stone. Whilst you’re studying. Don’t get stuck in hospitality unless you love it so much you will make a career out of it. It’s very demanding and will take most of your social life out of the equation
