Performance Leader - Responsible as a line manager for team of roadside patrols and continuous performance improvements. Various responsibilities including Admin, performance, H&S compliance and day to day operational needs. Role also includes 50% roadside work.

Further knowledge in management theories and project planning.

I enjoy further developing my knowledge and learning operational management skills

Self study and time planned in regularly. Monthly sessions with executive coach planned in advance.

Brilliant support and my manager is on hand to assist whenever required.

I have worked here for a while and the AA is a lifestyle to me. The opportunities throughout these years and the learning I have had available to me make it a great place to work.

If you are willing to commit and work hard you will receive a lot of job satisfaction.
