My job is a performance leader, and is split between running a team of 20 patrols and attending broken down vehicles as a AA patrol.me leadership duties include 1-2-1 with patrols, managing absence, booking annual leave, dealing with complaints and claims.
i have learnt different modules on conflict ,time management, emotional intelligence, problem solving , communication.
it can be quite demanding getting work done on time due to work load.
its very good now

it does help in certain parts of my job, it has helped my confidence grow
