Customer service, taking incoming calls from customers and from those calls resolving the issues raised. In addition complete allocated casework from calls and Team leader.
Become more conversant with systems which has assisted with being more efficient and effective with customer service. Have developed my knowledge and experience with complex case work and complaints.
Enables me to reflect on my learning to improve on my weaknesses and develop my strengths.
Have weekly reviews with TL and tutor. My progress is reviewed and tasks set for following week.
