my role is to assist the wider sales team and business as a whole, day to day i typically work on achieving my kpis this includes quoting, customer calls and renewal contracts along with other paperwork or projects other members of the business may have asked for assistance on.
i have learnt lots of new skills, most notably i have learnt lots about excell, and customer engagement and satisfaction.
i am enjoying my job, i would say the training provider is a little frustrating to deal with as it can take months for my work to get signed off which can hinder my progress in the programme when it comes towards end point assessment
its very well organised my mangers and mentors are super helpful and provide me with ways to ensure i keep myself on track and organised
i receive so much support from my mangers and team, the only thing i would say is that new talent can be a little slow when solving issues but thats only due to the volume of apprentices they have in programme but everyone is super nice and supportive
when i am on a call with my training provider they are decently supportive, however as i raised before i have work thats submitted since december that i still have had no feedback from and has still not been signed pff.
i dont feel as if my training provider is helping with my qualifications, the workshops that we do can be helpful however i dont get much feedback on my work.
there are lots of events that you can get involved with at severn trent, ive done volunteering and open evenings along with other events.
Yes
seven trent is a really good environment to work in, the people are helpful friendly and supportive and the work load is manageable with plenty of room to grow
make sure to do your research before applying, there are many applicants with not many places so its really important to know your stuff when it comes to the company when applying.
