I collect the post (utility bills etc) and open, stamp and scan it in and then send out to the relevant person. I complete check in and check outs of upcoming and ending tenancies.
I have learnt IT skills, personal development skills.
It is very organised. There is a clear layout and each task is in order of when it needs to be completed and has clear instructions of what needs to be done on the task.
I receive a lot of support, very responsive to any issues or queries that you have.
I receive a good amount of support, sometimes the response is slow but there is always a response and there are many tools given to help us which we can use
