My role includes creating test cases and executing test scripts on software and ensuring that before release of software, everything runs bug free and no issues are found.
I have been fortunate enough to learn so many key skills which I have been able to apply whilst working. I have also been able to improve my communication skills whilst working which allows me to network more at work.
I really enjoy my programme, It is very interactive and I am finding that I am always learning something new at work.
It is well organised, I believe that I have a good understanding of how everything will progress.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer and feel as though I can trust there judgment with decisions that are bigger than me.
We receive a good amount of support from our training providers and have I feel as though I understand what I need to do.
It will give me a much better understanding of Software Testing and also allowed me to get a further understanding of Testing.
Yes, There are many extra-curricular activities that we get involved in which we feel as though we really benefit from.

The working environment is really good and the team in general are amazing to work around.
Be yourself, be authentic and ask loads of questions. Costa's environment is great for learning and they really do push you to be your best self and set you up to success.
