delivering engineering solutions via design and technical documentation
yes but not to the extent/depth I would have expected but this will improve with time
it is a lot of workload can be overwhelming at times, load levelling is non-existent but its the nature of the course. At times it can be rewarding but often feel appropriate recognition for hard work isnt given.
The scheme is fine but has been confusing at times, more communication and support from management is needed.
