Running and managing of all the relevant tasks for the kitchen and the team.
I have learnt more communication skills for my team and different management styles.
It's a very good programme I just struggle with time to get things completed sometimes.

my tutor is very helpful and understanding with my learning which helps me with my limited time to complete tasks.
