I sit in the housing division and rotate between the 5 teams there. We provide consultancy advice to registered providers of affordable housing including valuation

Learnt a lot of sector knowledge and improved my client liason skills. Have also improved data management and excel skills

I enjoy elements of my job, depending on the kind of work or team i rotate into

My rotations are well organised and I receive support

I get enough support from my employer. HR are also very helpful.

I get an apprenticeship outcomes officer who is my point of contact and does a full check in 4 times a year

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not so much, as I work in residential property and the degree is very commercial property focused,

Yes, I play netball and there are regular socials and industry networking events

Good for the beginning of your career to build skills and industry contacts. Lots of support towards APC
