Hotel Manager i have approximately 60 team members over 2 Hotels, I run the day to day, health and safety of the businesses.
I have had several team members complete an apprenticeship with lifetime, when they are learning and I am supporting them, we are learning skills together.
All lifetime programs are enjoyable to the team members completing them, I have found the level 4 to be stretching for the team supporting their development.
Exceptionally, with great support from their coach.
I think lifetime and my employer work well together to ensure I am supporting team Within their role and apprenticeship
A good balance, to ensure that the team member is on target to complete on time.
It’s great to to the team members learning end excelling in their roles at site.
Yes, it has been nice to see the team develop their confidence and attend different session and networking.
