  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I complete a wide range of tasks every day within the finance department. These tasks include checking invoices and making sure we have been correctly invoiced, reviewing the production spend weekly, P+L recs, balance sheet recs, etc. I have recently started training on the invoicing part of the business, cutting invoices and sending to customers, expanding my responsibilities. I will interact with all departments as part of my role. Production when I have a query about if a spend relates to a project or not, purchasing when I have a question about discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, etc.
