Working with stakeholders across the business to deliver control improvements to business critical processes as part of a Controls Improvement Programme
Developed existing skills to improve planning & prioritization, new perspective gained on business cases too - it isn't all financial.
Fantastic way to learn, but it is a significant time commitment
Good structure with monthly workshop and exercises to do through the course of the month. Also has an expectation to provide on the job collateral to support the apprenticeship

Monthly coaching / support sessions from provider, monthly workshops, online training app, helpful templates and training materials and also exam practice questions
It provides an accreditation to support existing skills, and also helps sharpen up my PM'ing.
No, though I am part of a geographically dispersed team which meets up every month or so? There are volunteering days and various networks within the organisation that can be taken up
