    • As hotel manager I am accountable for the running of 2 x Hotels! Including all safety and compliance.

    • Leadership and managerial skills are what I have learnt most. It’s also helped me to learn a lot about myself!

    • I really enjoy the programme, from the modules to the mentors, everything is so well thought out!

    • As in my previous answer, the organisation of it all is superb! There is always someone to help and that keeps me motivated.

    • My ROM is amazing, always seems interest in my apprenticeships and helps whenever I need her!

    • So much. my tutor is amazing, is always there when I need her xx
