Property management is the main part of my job. I manage all compliances across my estates. I draft up Heads of Terms and licences & have recently been involved with a whole estate asset valuation.
Time management, prioritisation, managing expectations of clients
I do enjoy my programme. It is at times challenging to balance masters studies alongside full time work.
It is well managed.
Due to high workload, masters studies/ assignments are often not at the forefront of my employers minds.

very well - coming from a non-cog background, it has been a great help alongside work to understand aspects of the job as well as general lingo.
