1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Property management is the main part of my job. I manage all compliances across my estates. I draft up Heads of Terms and licences & have recently been involved with a whole estate asset valuation.

Time management, prioritisation, managing expectations of clients

I do enjoy my programme. It is at times challenging to balance masters studies alongside full time work.

It is well managed.

Due to high workload, masters studies/ assignments are often not at the forefront of my employers minds.

Good level of support, regular check ups via zoom.

very well - coming from a non-cog background, it has been a great help alongside work to understand aspects of the job as well as general lingo.

Be confident with your ability and in yourself. They are not looking for someone to already know everything, they are looking for someone who will work hard and be a pleasure to work with.
