  • I work as Field Care Supervisor and on a daily basis will speak to clients and staff. Organise sickness cover. Visit new clients to do risk assessments

  • I love my job. I get to meet a variety of new people on a regular basis and get to help and assist to make their lives better living at home

  • As a company they are very supportive. My office has an open door policy and having worked with the same people for a number of years we know how each other tick. Our staff are extremely hard working and reliable and cannot fault them.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Westminster Homecare Ltd?
  • Do not compare us to the 'normal' care agencies. We go above and beyond for both clients and staff and are not a company just here to make money. We care about our clients and regard them all as family
