I work as Field Care Supervisor and on a daily basis will speak to clients and staff. Organise sickness cover. Visit new clients to do risk assessments
I regularly do refresher training and learn something new everyday as deal with a wide range of clients with differing needs
I love my job. I get to meet a variety of new people on a regular basis and get to help and assist to make their lives better living at home

As a company they are very supportive. My office has an open door policy and having worked with the same people for a number of years we know how each other tick. Our staff are extremely hard working and reliable and cannot fault them.
Do not compare us to the 'normal' care agencies. We go above and beyond for both clients and staff and are not a company just here to make money. We care about our clients and regard them all as family
