Regularly speaking to customers either face to face or over phone, booking holidays, answering questions, booking extras for the holidays, providing welfare assistance, dealing with complaints.
Confidence, travel and tourism knowledge, money counting skills.
Face different challenges everyday sometimes rewarding sometimes a learning curve.
Some of the work issued is hard to completed as it requires jogging your memory to think of a scenario in the past, where as if a guide was given at the start of programme it may be easier to track what you need for the future.
