Utilising mechanical principles, computer aided design and experience to create engineering drawings and designs and working in the workshop to further mechanical knowledge
Hand skills, computer aided design and modelling skills have been improved however, I feel there are parts of the trade that could be explained more in particular the use of tools and equipment
As of the moment the programme has been enjoyable however, its management has been somewhat poor leaving parts disorganised which is a shame
Parts are structured well, notably the practical side in the workshop, but as previously mentioned parts are disjointed and disorganised this is highlighted in the current state of the btec
Havent had the need to utilise my employee for support so far
The current state of the btec as previously mentioned leaves support in a very precarious position which makes working towards my qualifications somewhat worrying and in a state of unconfidence
The units as a whole would help me perform better in my role the management so far of the qualification is what sabotages it
