Coaching
It has been challenging getting back into learning at my age, but it has been an enjoyable experience.
Very good considering that the learning is all conducted remotely.
Lots of support with regular catch-ups to see how I am getting on and offers of more support f I want it. Management shows a great level of interest in the apprenticeship.
My Coach mentor has been great and is always supportive while still providing enough of a push to get to achieve at a higher level than I first thought that I could. The tutors have been knowledgeable and their approach has been informative and supportive.
As I learn more about coaching I am discovering more and more areas of my day-to-day role where it is a help. I use several of the new skills II have learned in meetings etc, and several colleagues have commented that I am more confident since starting the apprenticeship.
We have a busy schedule of networking events organised by various societies at WTW as well as study groups and the like. There are several networks aligned to Inclusion and Diversity which encourage everyone to be their authentic selves at WTW. These initiatives are actively supported and sponsored by senior management.

WTW is a great place to work. There is a culture of honesty and integrity that pervades the whole organisation from the top down so that colleagues feel supported and valued. Senior management has an open door policy that encourages communication between all levels.
WTW will value you for yourself and you have the opportunity to be your authentic self which will help you to rise to heights you only dreamed of.
